COMINK Comic Contest 2022 officially launched to find young talents in the field of comic creation.

To participate in the contest, contestants will choose to register individually or in groups and can register more than one work. At the censorship round, authors need to prepare a drawing of at least 3 main characters and main details of the work (maximum 200 words). Authors will continue to develop their works by completing story pages in the Preliminary and Final rounds. During each round, the contest will organize training workshops on script content creation skills and comic drawing skills for contestants to hone their skills and experience in developing their submission.

COMINK Comic Contest 2022’s first season has a total value of prizes up to 300 million VND

Specifically, the prize for the winner is worth 100 million VND, including 70 million VND in cash, an XP-Pen drawing board, an intensive comic drawing training course at Comic Media Academy Vietnam… The second prize is worth 60 million VND. VND, third prize 40 million VND, 4 consolation prizes 20 million VND each. In particular, the winning contestant will have the opportunity to sign an official contract to work for 1-3 years with attractive remuneration at COMINK. Here, COMINK will continue to train and develop the skills of contestants, creating opportunities for contestants and their works to be widely communicated to the community.

Recently, the COMINK Comic Contest 2022 was introduced to the Vietnamese comic community at the Manga Comic Con 2022 event with more than 20,000 spectators participating.
